Having recently noticed a stain on my kitchen ceiling, I suspected I had a leak from my immersion tank. I rang Mayne Gas who sent one of their plumbers to assess the problem the next day. The plumber arrived on time, showed his ID & was courteous in the fact that I didn’t need to ask him to wear boot covers because he was already prepared and had them in his pocket.
Later that day, they rang me with the price for the job, which meant the fitting of a new immersion tank. The price was very reasonable and I asked him to proceed.
They offered to carry out the work on the day I requested and this different plumber was as polite as the first one. He had respect for our property, was very efficient and replaced the tank with the minimum of fuss. We were up and running in about 4 hours.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mayne Gas & Heating to my family, friends & associates, I feel the staff have been trained to a high standard.
