MAINTENANCE & SERVICE

The latest electronic diagnostic equipment is used to inspect your appliances.

New installations carried out by Mayne Gas Heating Ltd will be eligible for a discounted 1^st annual safety and performance inspection, we will contact you prior to the due date.

During your annual service we will thoroughly inspect your system and boiler and advise you of any remedial or upgrade work necessary.

Service Prices

Floor standing, wall mounted or combination boilers from £45.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Fire/ back boilers and warm air units from £55.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%      

Fires, wall heaters and cookers from £45.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%           

Breakdown / repair  (plus parts) £45.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Installation Prices

Cylinder change from £250.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Fires installed from £75.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Fires and surrounds installed from £175.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Cookers installed from £60.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Boiler change from (subject to survey) £900.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Boiler change with system upgrade from (subject to survey) £1400.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

 Full central heating systems

Combi & 6 radiators with thermostatic control from £1750.00   + V.A.T @ 17.5%               

Condensing Combi’s & non Combi’s  £POA

All installations fully Part L compliant                     

Power flushing (subject to disclaimer)

Up to and including 10 radiators and chemicals from £250.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

LANDLORD CERTIFICATES

Landlord certificates (up to and including 2 appliances) and certificate £45.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Subsequent appliances £15.00 each. + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Service price £30.00 if completed at same visit. + V.A.T @ 17.5%

Breakdown / repair £45.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5% first hour £25.00 + V.A.T @ 17.5% per subsequent hour or part thereof plus parts at retail.
